   **A:** Our factory is located at No. 888 Leshan Road, Weicheng District, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China. It is about 2 hours from Qingdao Airport. If needed, we can pick you up. You are very welcome to visit our factory.

3. **Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?**
   **A:** There is no minimum order quantity. However, discounts are available for large orders.

   **A:** TT and L/C are acceptable, and TT is preferred. A 30% TT deposit is required after signing the PI, and the remaining 70% balance is paid by TT before shipment.

   **A:** It largely depends on the order quantity and the products you require. Generally, the delivery time is within 4 to 6 weeks.

9. **Q: How do you package the products?**
   **A:** We use standard packaging. If you have special packaging requirements, we will pack according to your request, but the cost will be borne by the customer.

10. **Q: How do you manufacture the equipment?**
    **A:** Our processing technology includes laser/plasma cutting, automatic welding, CNC cutting, and bending.

11. **Q: How do we install the equipment once it arrives at the destination?**
    **A:** Detailed installation drawings can be provided. If necessary, we can send technicians to assist you, but visa fees, air tickets, accommodation, and labor costs will be borne by the buyer.
